Individual Tutoring

  Policies
• The parent drop off and pickup will be within 10 minutes of the start and end time of the scheduled session.
  
• Campers will only be released to their parents, unless other arrangements were made and discussed with the instructor prior to the session.
  
  
• Group and individual sessions cancelled by the instructor will be rescheduled.
  
  
• Session times will be strictly followed. Camper lateness will not result in additional session time.
  
  
• Refunds or make-ups will not be given if a camper misses a scheduled group session.
  
  
• A non-refundable $25 deposit is required by June 13^th to secure your child’s spot in the group sessions. All group sessions must be paid in full prior to the first session. Refunds will be given if notified before the start of the first session.
  
  
• Individual tutoring must be paid for in advance in order to secure the appointment slot.
  
  
• If Cancelling an individual tutoring session, a call to the instructor must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time in order to avoid $35 charge.
